Front-desk and management are responsive. My one caution is that rules and regulations get amended at meetings without much notice, so read the packet before each annual meeting.

Rules are applied evenly and the board posts meeting minutes. Special assessment for the garage repair was communicated months ahead with three bids. Not perfect on financial detail but far better than my last association.
