The bill

AN ACT relating to economic development; creating the Office of Aerospace within the Department of Transportation; setting forth the duties of the Office; revising provisions relating to the Nevada Air Service Development Commission; requiring the Office to submit certain written reports relating to grants; requiring the Director of the Office to administer the Fund for Aviation; making an appropriation to the Nevada Aerospace Development Fund; making an appropriation to the Fund for Aviation; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.
