Plain data for homeowners.
Two kinds of pages live here. National analyses drawn from representative public data, like what households pay in HOA and condo fees, from U.S. Census microdata, and where natural-hazard risk to communities runs highest, from FEMA. And coverage snapshots of our own growing records, a plain look at how far our directory and statute library reach so far.

How we source these numbers
Our national analyses are true national statistics: the fee study reads representative U.S. Census survey data, and three FEMA studies read the National Risk Index (modeled hazard risk), the federal disaster declarations since 1953, and the NFIP flood-program record. All four describe the whole country, not our records. The federal agency is the source, and we are the aggregator.
Our directory and statute coverage pages are the opposite: coverage, not census. They count what we have independently re-sourced from primary public records and published so far, not the full universe of HOAs or statutes. That coverage is uneven and still growing, so a larger number means we have logged more, not that a state has more. Those counts change as we add records.
