SB98: Revises provisions governing language education. (BDR 34-31)

The bill

AN ACT relating to education; revising and defining certain terminology that refers to languages other than English; requiring the Department of Education to study the possibility of imposing certain requirements to obtain an endorsement to teach such a language; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.
