Creates Retirement Savings Task Force within Department of Commerce to serve specified purpose; Provides for competition & appointment of task force members; require task for to have first meeting within specified time; requires task force to meet on certain schedule or upon specified event; requires task force to create report containing specified information; requires interim & final report to be provided to specified persons by certain dates
