The bill

Requiring condominium associations to maintain turnover certificates and annual reports as part of their official records; requiring the board of administration of a condominium association to file with the Division of Condominiums, Timeshares, and Mobile Homes a turnover certificate within a specified timeframe; requiring the division to create and maintain a searchable electronic database of turnover certificates, etc.
