A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 3 of Chapter 3 of Title 44 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to condominiums, so as to remove the limitation on the maximum amount of insurance deductibles payable by unit owners; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
